VTC Vape Town Mexico is the next up and coming Expo! This is a very exciting event because… well its because it is held in Mexico. How cool is that? The South American Market has slowly been catching up and in recent years you can find more vapors in Mexico. VTC Vape Town Mexico is a great opportunity to see what the Mexican market demands from the Ecig industry as a whole.
VTC Vape Town Mexico might be new along with ecig expos in general in Mexico but it has had a surprising commitment from some of the biggest companies in the industry. You can expect to see Ruthless, Vape Magazine, us (Aspire Vape Co), High Voltage, and many more companies. The Latin American Market is big and there are a lot of smokers who are converting to electronic cigarettes, that is why it is very important for us as an industry to go to unchartered areas and supply the demand, help innovate/advance their market to catch up to other areas such as US and Europe.
The VTC Vape Town Mexico Expo opens its doors to B2B starting Saturday from 10am – 3pm, after that window it is open to the general public (B2C). Then on Sunday it is B2B from 10am – 1pm then after 1 it is B2C.
Since this is the First Vape Expo in Mexico that we know of, we were very curious to meet the men behind it. Let us introduce you to Jaime Hilu, one of the partners who were available to answer some questions about the Expo. The following was our brief conversation.
Aspire Vape Co: How did you get in this industry? Did you already own vape shops or other businesses that are in this field? And if so what type of businesses are they?
Jaime Hilu: Trying to get a better way for smokers to quit smoking of at least reduce the quantity of cigarettes consumed and here we found a new world called Vape and we started distributions of different products regarding this industry such as raw material bottles and some hardware

Aspire Vape Co: How many expos have you hosted?
Jaime Hilu: This is the first expo we host!
Aspire Vape Co: Why did you chose to do an expo ?
Jaime Hilu: The Mexican market as well as the Latin American market needs to be developed to update and evolve the same way as the rest of the world, by doing this expo we want to attract investors and promote national products all over the globe letting all people know that Mexico is a key location for this industry
Aspire Vape Co: What is your opinion about the Mexican vape industry? Do you feel like there has been more popularity amongst these products in recent years?
Jaime Hilu: I think vape in Mexico needs more information, products and suppliers that can offer the variety needed to fulfill the needs of the market and consumers. As we have said during our press release, vaping in Mexico has grown exponentially in the past 3 years, this is because the Mexican market has learned more about products and how these products can change everyone’s lives in a good way
Aspire Vape Co: What makes this expo special and different from other expos?
Jaime Hilu: This expo is special and different because its a new market for all the brands in the world and the thing that we are bringing will develop the Latin American market. We are letting people know more about these products and industry by giving speeches and conferences regarding the vape industry in Mexico and most of the Latin American market

Jaime Hilu: We started planning in 2015
Aspire Vape Co: How long have you been in this industry?
Jaime Hilu: We have been in this industry for more than 5 years
Aspire Vape Co: Is there anything you think is worth noting about this event, especially to people attending?
Jaime Hilu: Yes! This is the right time to do something about the Latin American market and I want to let you know that there’s no path marked on this region so if anybody wants to do something regarding this industry now is the time and no body else will do it for them so we need to stay strong and united to develop this market
Overall we learned a lot talking to Jaime, he opened our eyes to the possibilities, we realized that within a short distance from us there is a group of people that are also passionate about this industry.
