Warranty and Support
This device is covered by a limited warranty which is valid from the date of purchase with original receipt. For time period of warranty, please check your country’s policy page for after-sale service. The warranty protects the customers against manufacturer’s defects in materials and design. If the product fails because of a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it.
Limitations of Warranty:
This warranty applies exclusively to the device and not any other accessory. The warranty does not protect against misuse, tampering or modification of the device or liquid damage. Damage to the device’s exterior/finish or stripped threads is also not covered.
Shipping costs to and from the after-sale service center are not covered by this warranty. The customer is responsible for this cost. When sending items for after-sale service it is recommended to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number to guarantee its delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages or additional fees which may apply not covered under this warranty.
